Meet the pioneer advancing movement education with a clear vision and a global community driving real change.
I’m Ava, a movement specialist, international presenter, educator, and the founder of the globally accredited Mobility Fitness Academy, now represented in 28 countries.
The work I’m known for sits in a space most instructors were never formally taught to access.
In our industry, education usually falls into two brackets: learning how to teach, or studying exercise science. What’s often missing is the layer that explains how the human body actually behaves, why movement becomes limited, why pain persists, and why effort alone doesn’t change outcomes.
That gap lives between the medical and fitness worlds. And it’s where most instructors get stuck, adapting endlessly, without the tools to change what’s driving the limitation.
I spent over a decade studying that missing layer under an anatomy professor, connecting the dots most systems never bridge. That work became the foundation of Mobility Fitness Academy, a certification that gives instructors practical clarity around joint function, nervous system influence, and what’s genuinely limiting movement.
M.F.A. wasn’t created to add another method. It was created to help instructors stop working around problems and start transforming them, without changing how they teach.

Focus & Philosophy
I believe knowledge should travel.
The body doesn’t belong to one method, one country, or one way of learning, and neither does the science that explains it. My work is about taking complex movement science and making it usable for anyone who teaches bodies, regardless of background or experience.
I move through the world as a steward, not an owner, sharing what I’ve learned so instructors can see more clearly, teach more confidently, and help people move for life.
